We meet over video-calls on a weekly basis, for 8 sessions of 1 hour each (or more if necessary).

You will be assigned weekly Reflection Exercises and Behavioural Challenges to accomplish between calls and, I will keep you accountable on all levels.

The tendency is to focus on financial health when preparing for lifestyle transitions and/or retirement. Although being financially stable is important, there are other factors that are paramount if you wish to enjoy the next part of your life actively and without limits. 

This program is designed to take a holistic look at your vital life areas, to optimize your physical, emotional and spiritual health to ensure you will be ready  to step into  the next level.

Emotional Health

Time is not always on our side when it comes to keeping our mental acquicy, our memory and our wit. As the mind is a muscle, it requires exercise to keep its vitality. Being aware of this and engaging in mindfulness protocols is a must.

Spiritual Health

I am not talking necessary about religions here. Practicing yoga or meditation brings one closer to his spirituality. Being connected to an invisible force, believing on the power of the universe of feeling connected to other.
